ESR DOES MORE THAN "JUST MUSIC"!

So, why does a recording studio want to reach Pastors? I’m glad you asked. It has been my observation that the Church as a whole is failing in its job of discipleship. Of course, this does not include all Churches, but I feel it covers most Churches. Someone comes forward in a service and accepts Jesus as their personal Savior, but somewhere along the line, they are not getting discipled and a couple months down the road, they fade away from the Church. I shared my idea with Pastor Larry, he thought it was a great idea and as a result I thought, wow, this could help other Churches too. Okay so here is my idea: as the Pastor of your Church, people look to you for guidance. The new believer is not sure what they should be guided about. What if you recorded a "new believer’s" CD that had some great initial information about the Christian walk? This CD could easily be used as a discipling tool. This CD would include such topics as:

- guidelines on how to pray and study the Bible

- importance of Church & Sunday School attendance

- importance of Baptism & the Lord's Supper

- and so much more!
