HOW CAN WE DO THIS WITHOUT VIOLATING THE COPYRIGHT LAW?

The FAIR USE ACT allows the owner of a commercially released album to make a copy for their own use. You, as the owner simply connect with ESR to make your copy for you - we just convert your copy to CD. It's all on the up and up and legal. Therefore, we require you to certify ownership before we do the job. We are unable to make several copies as this would be in violation of the Copyright Law. One important note: our conversions are of the highest quality - however, the quality of the product we produce depends entirely on the quality of the album or cassette we convert. For instance, if an album is badly scratched or a tape has been exposed to extreme heat or cold or been 'eaten' before - we cannot guarantee to overall quality of the conversion project. ONE BIG BONUS: Our conversion software removes the 'pops' from records and the 'hiss' from tapes.
